I have always used KitchenAid until a friend told me about Bosch. I purchased the mixer with the Bakers Package and an ice cream maker attachment. I am thrilled with this excellent mixer. Everything I make, from bread to frosting is faster and lighter than ever before. I highly recommend Bosch mixers.

I bought this mixer to replace my KitchenAid for making homemade bread. This machine can handle so much more! I love the suction cups to keep it on the counter. And, my husband let me know that he accidentally dropped it when I wasn't home, but I can't tell. Not a piece broken anywhere.

I have another home mixer already, even the "commercial version, and this still surpasses it. I can do a triple batch of my cookies in this and it doesn't even hesitate, it mixes like a champ in a fraction of the time.

I purchased this to replace an ailing KitchenAid Pro that couldn't do much more than make frosting or whip cream. The Bosch is so efficient at making bread dough as well as cake batter, cookie dough, and whipping. I'm very pleased with its performance.

I recently purchased the Bosch mixer after using a Kitchenaid for the past 15 years. I have to say that I am blown away! This thing is awesome! I am able to make my buttercream icing in a quarter of the time it took me to make it in the Kitchenaid! I haven't made my famous sugar cookie dough yet, but if it performs as good as it did for my icing, I know it will be GREAT!

A great machine. HUGE capacity, which can be a bit of a problem is only one loaf of bread is needed. Perhaps offer a smaller bowl as well as the large one?

I just got a new Bosh; I purchased my first one in 1973 when I lived in Buena Park, California. My Bosch has gone with me from California, to Connecticut, to Texas and then finally to a permanent home in Mesa, Arizona. What else can I say - I absolutely love this kitchen appliance

I bake bread and cookies. This Bosch Universal is a workhorse when it comes to mixing my dough. I make a multigrain bread that I am able to mix four loaves worth of ingredients at a time. This machine handles all the dough like a champ. I only wish I bought it sooner.

The Bosch is a nice machine as far as kneading the dougy, mashing potatoes, etc.. Cleaning it however is the pitts. The part on top should be stainless steel as well as the attachable parts. Plastic chips and breaks. ALready had to replace the splash ring.

Gave it 4 stars because it is a great product and very strong. But after using it for a few weeks there was a lot I wasn't pleased with. Take making cookies, you have to change to dough hook from the cookie beaters when adding in chips. Just one more product to clean.
Also, its a QUICK & FAST start to machine so even with the lid on flour/dry pops out wherever it can so cleanup is another time consuming issue. (6qt kitchen aid has a slow speed to mix in and then increase speed)
Seems to overwhip buttercream eveb following same recipe as I used with KA.
One last misgiving on it is when you need to fold in ingredients by hand. Its awkward to use the center post so it's either struggle threw or use another bowl.

great machine,takes very little time to mix and blend. Suction cups on bottom of machine hold the unit steady.Dough hook with scraper keeps the mix flowing and the bowl clean. Unit is easy to add ingredients to the bowl with spillage or mess.Pre selected speeds more than adequate in mixing and blending.

We decided to go with the Bosch mixer because we didnt feel that a KitchenAid or similar could hold up to our demands (and we had tax return refund money- otherwise we cannot afford it). I have used this machine multiple times a day, everyday, since receiving it, and the motor is strong and consistent. I had to run it on level 3 for 18 minutes to make marshmallows one day and it did great, was just lukewarm to the touch. I use the blender attachment also at least once a day. This machine and attachments are everything we expected. Easy enough to clean. Only complaint would be against the bowl scraper attachment; one cracked the first time using it and it's difficult to attach to the plastic and metal whip drives.

This is my go to bread machine since it arrived in Jan 2022. It is so sturdy, easy to clean and doesn't walk across the counter when it's doing its thing. Don't get me wrong, I love my KA mixer but it's one of the original white stand mixer and for the mixing and kneading req'd for bread it just hasn't got the get up and go the my Bosch does. Just a quick aside I purchased the black/stainless steel model, but when I tried to register it, there was no MUM code on the drop down box so I just picked the white. The Model No. on the machine is MUM6N10UG. I LOVE THIS MACHINE.

I love this machine. It mixes well and it is so light I can easily move it. That's why I went with this machine. My KitchenAid was so heavy I avoided using it. Too tall for counter storage.

I needed a new mixer. After reading several reviews, I purchased the Bosch kitchen machine. I am new to a stand mixer, so I was a little apprehensive how user friendly it would be. It did not disappoint! I was so pleased how easy it was to use. My first recipe I made was a bread recipe in the booklet included. It turned out perfect. I would highly recommend this mixer.

You're getting what you're paying for (keep inflation in mind also)- it can handle much more than a kitchenaid can. This is for people who REALLY cook and bake at home, not just for a blog. I am sure there's better blenders out there, but this one is barely affordable as is (but thanks irs for the refund money). It's great for our needs. With our stainless steel bowl we also got the baker's package (for the cookie and cake paddles), and the blender. Blender has also been awesome so far. Have gone through many blenders (crappy oster, black & decker, and better cuisinart blenders) so finally invested in a better one. Happy customer.

I had an old Bosch mixer which I bought used 20 years ago. It was so dependable I hated to get a new one. I decided it was time to purchase a new mixer. I love it. It is so smooth and it's easier to clean. I haven't tried all the attachments yet. But the spiralizer worked great. This mixer is well built and great quality.

I really like this mixer. Much better then the competitor. My bowl came with a chip in it that I need to get replaced.
Otherwise it is a wonderful product. I've made pizza dough, cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls so far.

Can't really rate it because when I received it, it was damaged. It's been an unaddressed concern since November 2021 and I feel the customer service is really lacking through the company I purchased it from. If I were able to use the unit I'd be able to give a honest review of how the product works.

I have been using a KitchenAid mixer for 20 years and it finally expired. I love my new Bosch, it mixes faster and better than my KitchenAid. It has been easy to figure out, fits nicely in my cupboard and looks great.

I decided on the Bosch Kitchen machine due to its ability to handle large and heavy loads of dough. I am very content with its strength and noise level. That being said, I wished it would come with a smaller bowl to handle smaller amounts such as eggs whites etc. I was also disappointed to learn that I had to pay for additional adaptive beaters such as the cookie or cake paddles, which are essential to everyday baking.
It might be of note to remember to handwash everything to prevent discoloration of any metal appliances. Had all the adapters been stainless steel, that wouldn't be an issue.
In all, I would buy it again but buying all the adapters was a negative.

Just kneaded a huge batch of wheat bread dough that had 10 cups of flour. It did the job perfectly. Also use it to make massive batches of cookies for the kids' school events. I love it. Keep it on the counter as a show appliance.

I've only used a KitchenAid mixer a few times, but of those few times I can definitely say that this Bosch mixer is way better. It's powerful when needed, but not too powerful when you don't! I love all of the different attachments that it comes with, and I will definitely be buying more!

I grew up with my mom using a Bosch. After 20+ married years, I finally was blessed to get one for Christmas. In one day I made 5 loaves white bread, 5 loaves banana bread, raspberry rolls and snickerdoodles. I was in awe at how well the mixer blended ingredients and kneaded the bread. I have never had bread dough turn out so beautiful.... and for it to knead that much dough without slowing down.... AMAZING! The Bosch is very easy to use and easy to cleanup. If looking to make a purchase on a kitchen mixer, I highly recommend this Bosch.

The Bosch beats a Kitchenaid any day! Baking is so much easier and cleaner with the Bosch too! I can easily add ingredients into whatever I'm making without having to worry about the big bulky head of a kitchen aid being in the way, or flour and other liquids splashing up out of the bowl because of the splash guards and kids that come with the Bosch prevent such things! I will recommend a Bosch any day over any other brand! It just makes sense! Plus they last! My mother has had hers for the last 20 years without any issues!

I really like my new mixer (Christmas Present) I make yeast rolls into cinnamon rolls for friends and family every year. The large capacity bowl is perfect. I can mix up two batches at a time.

I had a kitchen aid for years and it just couldn't hold up to my bread making. I loved how it looked on the counter but it really only made a batch of cookies once in a while. Now I can make my sourdough loaves and pizza dough without worrying about my motor going out. I'm so excited to put this baby to work!

I have had an earlier version of this mixer for many years. Worked great, but just wore out after a lot of use. I ordered a replacement. The new versions don't come with the blender and food processor attachments like my previous one did, but that's okay (I thought) because my existing blender and food processor received lighter useage and are still good. Much to my surprise Bosch has changed the main unit ever so little....nothing substantial....just the threads and connectors between the accessory blender and food processor and the main unit. Enough so that my perfectly good blender and food processor do not connect to the new unit.
No reason to do this except to sell redundant accessories to a loyal (formerly happy) customer who used the original mixer for many years.
Bad for the environment, bad for customer relations. Love the Bosch product....hate this kind of business practice

I thought I would LOVE this mixer but I'm not sure I do. It loud and the beaters squeak to the point I am afraid to walk away from it while in use but I do becuase I'm usually doing several things at once while I'm baking. I'm not giving up on it though!!

To be honest I had to get used to using the Bosch but I love it now! I still have my Kitchen-aid that I have had for 30 years too. The Bosch mixer is on my counter though.. I have used it for breads, caks, and cookies.

I got a Bosch for my wedding after growing up with a kitchenaid. Every single time I used it, it would overheat and then not turn back on for the remainder of the time I was baking. When I called customer service she told me there was nothing she could do, except call a tech but that I would be responsible for any bills. Seems pretty ridiculous that it's a faulty product and Bosch isn't willing to do anything to help. Wish I would have just stuck with a kitchenaid!

With the shortages in the world, I bought this unit as a replacement for my previous generation Bosch machine in case it ever dies. I opened it up, plugged it in and ran it for a few minutes to verify it works. It is now back in the box waiting to replace my current Bosch or be claimed by one of my children. This is actually my third machine. The first (bought sometime in the 1980's) lasted through my seven children and then I gave it to one of them so I could buy the newer model in 2005.
